All diets welcome at the felt manor plus, our tips on where to eat in galena with an allergy or dietary restriction
Felt Manor has been serving quality, whole, and gourmet meals for 25 years. We understand that guests may have a special allergy or dietary restrictions when visiting our bed and breakfast.
Chef Geoff is gluten free himself, and has been cooking GF for over 10 years. Our vegan, low-dairy, nut-free, vegetarian, and keto recipes are sometimes just as fun as the "normal" recipes. Felt Manor's evening happy hour at 4pm offers complimentary wine and hand crafted treats. We often serve cheese platters, or might even whip up dietary treats if we are able to plan ahead!
PLEASE NOTE: The Inn at Felt Manor and Coach House can host up to 17 guests in one evening! That can be a lot of mouths to feed in the morning. If you have a food allergy or special dietary need, we ask that you communicate this with us in advance. Our Innkeepers plan ahead for the weekend and weekday meals, so please advise upon booking or at least 7 days prior to your reservation. Felt Manor also wants to note any fruit allergies to ensure a smooth breakfast experience.
"DO I HAVE TO EAT BREAKFAST WITH EVERYONE ELSE?" At Felt Manor, we offer private tables in our dining room. You can talk to other people if you wish, or you can enjoy the views from your own table (like a restaurant). It can be a lovely romantic and gourmet experience. If you are visiting with a group or reserving all of the rooms at the manor we can push a few tables together for a fun group experience. (Please note: If the manor is booked with 12-17 guests, we try to capture breakfast times when you check in. We may also do this in slower months. This helps us plan for groups, table changeovers, and make sure breakfast is served in a smooth and speedy way for everyone.) Check out a few breakfast examplesat Felt Manor. Book your stay HERE.
