Skiing in Galena:
Galena's world-renowned ski resort, Chestnut Mountain, offers 19 trails that span 220 acres! It is only 15 minutes away from Felt Manor. They offer lessons on select days if you're a newbie and have a bar at the bottom of the hill. If you're a seasoned skier, there are 6 black diamond slopes overlooking the Mississippi River so winter can be pretty busy in Galena!
